Fully Enclosed Units

• 38' fully enclosed is $320.00 per month – Door size 11’ x 14’
• 45' fully enclosed is $370.00 per month – Door size 11’ x 14’

Available for storage of ATV/UTV, RV’s, Trailers, and Boats (all subject to approval) – Not for household goods storage or as a workspace.

~ Electric adds $30 monthly for each space.

~ Covered and pull through spaces are approx. 12’ wide and 17’ tall.

~ Aisles between buildings for egress and ingress are 50’ – designed with you in mind to make parking a breeze.
